Our 6 week courses are fun, interactive and designed to help you identify and overcome your food and exercise barriers to make a positive lifestyle change.
Each 2 hour session contains an interactive nutrition workshop and exercise session. Our FAB Nutritionists will help you to understand various food topics and our FAB Exercise Mentors will support you to become more physically active. All exercise sessions are tailored to your ability, so everyone can take part!
We will monitor your weight over the 6 week course as well as your lifestyle changes. At 3, 6 and 12 months after your course you will be invited back to see us and we will find out how you are doing and be available to answer any questions. If you have gone back to old ways we can help you set new goals to get you back on track!
